Hi, my name is Peter Francis. I started my career as an engineer in automation and manufacturing in the UK and I continue to practice as a Chartered Engineer in those sectors.

But, along the way, I realised that many of the problems I encountered were not just about processes and machinery, but also about people and how they connected, or didn’t, with their environment.

As an Engineer, I've always appreciated processes and love to find solutions. My purpose in life seems to be to "help others to make the very best of what they already have – and because they want to", and even though I've tried to work differently, I always come back to the same core focus.

So, when I was introduced to Havening Techniques®, here was a science-based and logical set of tools to help people heal emotionally, and which just fit perfectly with what I've always done in engineering. Even when a Client isn’t sure what may have caused their distress, connecting the clues and signs is a useful skill to have.

I offer private sessions to individuals and also work with businesses who want to provide wellbeing support to their employees and achieve a happier, more productive workplace.

Based in Worcestershire, I can offer in-person sessions at The Wellbeing Tree in Bromsgrove, UK, and online sessions globally.

Public Speaking

I was initially skeptical about whether the therapy would work—I'm naturally skeptical about most things! I started therapy because I struggled with public speaking (I won't go into the reasons why), but by the end of the session, I was feeling fantastic.

That same weekend, we had a stall at the National Exhibition Centre, and I found myself confidently speaking to groups of strangers without any nerves or anxiety. The difference was incredible.

I give Fast Forward Therapy a solid 10/10 for both the experience and the results. Highly recommended!

I now feel great - I haven't suffered any sort of anxiety since the session

Misophonia

I have suffered with misophonia for a few years and recently it has been affecting me in everyday situations. I would be triggered by the noise of people eating, drinking, breathing which made it difficult to sit around the dinner table and be in a public place in that situation.
Going into the Havening session, Peter explained the whole science behind why it works and how it works. He also explained the agenda of the session so I knew what was coming up. This made it easier for me to get it into my own head of why I was doing the actions and what it was doing for me.

The session was very positive, Peter checked on how I was throughout the whole session and follow ups after as well as checking my responses to the triggers. The Havening session was really useful as I was taught the technique which I can use in my own time.

The session has been really helpful for me, I am less reactive to my triggers and I have changed my whole mindset around why misophonia affects me as well as now having the Havening techniques to use.

Childhood trauma

Some years ago, my son had experienced a traumatic event that we knew would at some point need to be dealt with but at the age of 6 we waited patiently for him to be ready to process this and be able to articulate his own feelings.
At the age of 12, he requested some support as he felt ready to face his difficulties head on. After just one session, there was a serenity and renewal of his self-belief and confidence. His outlook toward a particular person had changed from hate to a level of compassion but certainly a peace.
He continues to work on himself despite being so young and will continue working with Peter.

I can't recommend Peter enough.
